Short version: your conversations power your agent's memory, we encrypt what matters, we don't sell your data, and STOP ends everything.
Your phone number, your messages with the agent, your test answers, and — only if you connect them — data from integrations like email metadata or calendar events, used solely to provide the features you asked for.
To generate your agent's personality, maintain its memory of your conversations, and perform tasks you request. Messages are processed by third-party AI providers (currently Google and OpenAI) under their API data terms; API inputs are not used to train their models per their enterprise API policies.
Integration tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Conversation data is stored in our database to provide memory features.
Text STOP to end messaging. Email [email protected] to request deletion of your data, and we'll remove your account, memory, and integration tokens.
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we delete such accounts when identified.
